

Many years ago, three co-founders huddled together in the back of a small office in Fairfield, NJ and set a goal to improve training and communications in the financial services industry using digital media. Back then, it was a world filled with CD-Roms, VHS tapes and, if you were lucky, maybe a DVD or two. We wanted to deliver traditional eLearning in a better way and we planned to create a new industry standard for online training and communication. Edulence was founded in 2002 to do this. Almost ten years later, we have achieved many of our goals and set lots of new ones along the way. While our leadership has developed over time and our team has grown, we still strive to meet these founding principles.
